- Your name, email address, telephone number and postal address.
- Enquiries, support messages and information you choose to provide.
- Order, payment status and package information. Full card details should be handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Course access, support history and project-review information.
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, date and requested page, where recorded by our hosting provider.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and provide requested information;
- process orders and provide course or resource access;
- deliver support, project reviews and service messages;
- maintain security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical issues;
- keep financial and business records where legally required; and
- send optional marketing only where we have a lawful basis to do so.
3. Lawful bases
Depending on the situation, we process data because it is necessary to perform a contract, take steps requested before a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate business interests, or because you have given consent.
4. Sharing and processors
We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, course delivery, file storage, payment processing and professional advice. They may process data only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.
If data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we will use an appropriate legal safeguard where required.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal record-keeping, dispute handling and security. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and website logs
The current static website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may still create server logs. If analytics, checkout or additional cookies are introduced, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before use.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable UK data protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
